I discovered the world of infinite creativite possibilities in food, art and healing modalities as a teenager, since then I am devoted to different creations linked to the wild Nature, that is and has always been my biggest inspiration.
I am constantly open to new concepts, create memorable moments and redefine work ethics corresponding to a true intuitive and sustainable human-nature.
 
 

Lina Bou
founder & creator behind Ronia Terra

Lina is native Spanish/Swedish, based in France since 2012. Creativity and Nature are her two biggest sources of inspiration and it’s through culinary and visuals arts she speaks her multi-cultural origins.

Whether orchestrating a dinner party, curating art, or providing health consultations, Lina brings passion, expertise, and professionalism to every project wishing to inspire human beings to reunite with their wild creative nature through senses and experiences.

Growing up close to wilderness, already in her teens, she felt the urge to spread The Medicinal Power of Food and she quickly started to learn and experiment with the arts of healing plants and foods.

She studied naturopathy for two years at Nordiskt Näringscenter in Stockholm 2011, A two years school covering the most known holistic medicine methods like; Iridologi, kinesiology, living blood analysis, facial diagnosis, tung diagnosis, hair mineral analysis. She studied functional medicine, micro-nutrition, diets, food and nutrition.
On the side she completed two years of phyto therapy (herbalism), that covered the study of uses of herbal medicines in form of tinctures and dried herbs. The benefits and personalities of different herbs. External uses, and internal uses. Learn more here.

Self-learned creative cook, she started cooking professionally in Stockholm 2010, and have been working as a private chef for different events, chef residencies, and more culinary installations in France since 2013 and have worked with international clients since.

She published a cookbook in French & English 2018,
self published a illustrated cookbook together with artist Rebeca Bayarri 2020 and have had her art exhibitions in Paris at OFR.
