“La présentation et la table tous les soirs, pleines de bonnes choses étaient déjà un délice pour les yeux. Ensuite j’ai vraiment apprécié que les repas soient fait avec des légumes de saison qui sont vraiment pas « les plus funs » à proposer : la mission a été parfaitement remplie. Beaucoup de choses maisons : le pain, le muesli, la purée d’amande… c’est tellement agréable et meilleur. Je suis contente d’avoir goûté à des choses nouvelles pour moi, toujours délicieuses, ça m’a ouvert d’autres perspectives dans la nourriture végé. Enfin les desserts étaient à tomber par terre !!!”
